The consulate has the right to not grant a visa if it deems it necessary. KUŞADASI TOUR has no responsibility in cases where a visa cannot be obtained or the visa arrives after the tour start date.
If a visa cannot be obtained for any reason, visa, insurance and tour fees will not be refunded.
If there is a TRNC stamp in their passport, the Greek authorities do not allow the passenger to enter a Greek city.
Our guests who will receive a Schengen visa must pay the full fee before applying for the visa. In order to submit the hotel + transportation + tour package invoice to the consulate.
Our guests who will participate in the tour must have a passport expiration period of at least 6 months before the tour end date.
KUŞADASI TOUR is not responsible if the customs manager or police officer does not accept the person at the country's door customs.
It may not be possible to travel to areas not permitted by the authorities due to any extraordinary situation in the regions on the travel route. KUŞADASI TOUR is not responsible for this.
Children under the age of 18 must have their parents or a letter of consent with them throughout the tour.
In hotels, rooms for 3 people may have 3 single beds, or the third bed may be an opening-closing bed. When our guests buy a room for 3 people, they accept this and the room-to-room congestion.
All our guests will be dropped off at the end of the tour at the point where they were picked up at the start of the tour. On the return route, our guests will not be able to be dropped off at any other point other than the point where they were picked up.
During all road transportation, it is mandatory to wear a seat belt in the vehicle throughout the journey. KUŞADASI TOUR has no liability if the rules are not followed. The penalty imposed belongs to the individual
In our tours, seat numbers are given according to the order of reservation and at the time of reservation. We do not have a seat shifting system throughout the tour.
Our in-car refreshments are distributed according to the road conditions. On winding and difficult roads, refreshments may not be available that day.
On our international tours, water is served at the rate of 0.5 liters per person per day. It is in the form.
Depending on the weather conditions, you should bring a jacket, umbrella, charger, camera, medicine, etc. with you throughout the tour. We kindly ask you to take any items you may need at any time into the vehicle in a small bag. After our luggage is placed in the trunk in the morning, it will be unloaded at the hotel the next evening.
We recommend that you take comfortable shoes and clothes with you throughout the tour.
If there are not enough participants for the tour to take place, KUŞADASI TOUR has the right to cancel the tour. In such a case, all paid guests will be refunded in the same manner as the payment.
If our guests, who have paid for the tour by credit card, cancel at their own request within a certain period of time before the start of the tour, the refund will be made by deducting the commission rate deducted from our institution by the bank.
